Mr. Lloyd Lundstrom
Lloyd Lunstrum, a gifted singer from youth – sang with the Southern Gospel group Crossroads and was a recording artist with Joyful Noise. Lloyd ministers at Woodland Terrace in Tulsa, OK. He serves on the Executive Committee and is the Hospitality Director for City Elders. A retired Avionics / Auto – Master Mechanic, he served in the Air Force training Airmen mechanics from ’65 through ’69. Lloyd was on the Northwest tour for NASCAR. The Legend Car he worked on won the 1st Inaugural Race of Champions. Lloyd is married to his gift-from-God Bobbi, with one daughter, and three grandchildren.
Rev. Dr. Dave Leggett
Rev. Dr. Dave Leggett, The “Host” of City Elders, known as Dr. Dave, owns Leggett Communications. A life-long Tulsan, Dave was a member of the Alpha Class of Oral Roberts University. He was on the founding team of Harrison House Publishing and President of the largest missionary alliance in America. From the age of 16, Dr. Dave was part of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International with founder Demos Shakarian. He later became the President of the Tulsa Chapter and the National Director over Oklahoma. Dave serves as a member of the Executive Committee for City Elders. He is the proud father of two sons and grandchildren.
Rev. Bruce Delay
Rev. Bruce Delay is the Founder of Heartland Church Tulsa, and Tulsa-Area Patriot Pastors. He has worked as a Conservative Radio Host for News-Talk Stations across the Country. Bruce is a member of the Executive Committee for City Elders. Married for 40 years with 5 grown Children and 6 Grandchildren, he works tirelessly to see God’s Kingdom established in America.
Rev. Dr. Jim and Pam Burkett
Dr. James Burkett received his doctorate from Luther Rice Seminary in 1979. He has presented APOLOGETICS-on-FIRE Conferences throughout the nation as well as Africa, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Great Britain. He is the founder and director of the Oklahoma School of Apologetics & Practical Theology as well as an Adjunct Scholar for the Josh McDowell Institute of Christian Apologetics and Adjunct Professor with Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Jim is a member of the Executive Committee for City Elders. He is married to Pamala, they have one daughter and parented two nephews.
