We all have a past. It's our willingness to share our mistakes with the brethren that defines our Christianity.
James 5:16 "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."

Has disciplinary action of any sort ever been taken against you by a licensing board, professional association, ecclesiastical, educational or training institution? Are there complaints pending against you before any of the above-named bodies? *

    cause for denial of Membership.
  3. I understand, and will notify City Elders local Council and City Elders Headquarters of
    any changes in my professional, spiritual or marital status which may affect my standing.
  4. I understand there is a Membership fee of $25.00 per month to help underwrite the cost
    of operations and the expansion of the City Elders Mission and Vision.
  5. By the grace of God, I will do everything in my power to maintain my testimony, to aid in
    the unity of the Body of Christ and to see the City Elders Vision become a reality.
